Replacement Parts Return policy: 30-day, money back guarantee

Superwinch, Inc. is committed to serving our customers.  If you feel that the Part you have purchased is not satisfactory, is not performing to your expectations or is the incorrect Replacement Part for your Superwinch® branded Product, please contact our customer service department at 860-928-7787,or email customer@superwinch.com to discuss your situation or concern.  We would appreciate the opportunity to make the Product perform to your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may return the Product, using an RGA number, under the conditions that follow.

Superwinch, Inc. offers a money back guarantee for the purchase price only (shipping and handling charges excluded) of all Parts or Products purchased directly from Superwinch, Inc. that are received back to Superwinch, Inc. within 30 days of invoice, with a dated proof of purchase and the original documentation and packaging.

An RGA number issued by the Superwinch, Inc. customer or technical service department is required.  Return the Parts or Products in the packaging in which the Part(s) was(were) packed along with a copy of the order inside and the RGA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Please include a note explaining your reason for returning the Product.

Superwinch, Inc reserves the right to deny this money back guarantee under the following conditions:

(1) normal wear and tear; (2) failure to comply with any installation, operation or maintenance instructions provided by Superwinch including but not limited to subjecting the Parts or Product to loads in excess of the load listed in the Owner’s Manual or instructions for the particular Part or Product and model number; (3) commercial or industrial use; (4) alteration or modification by parties other than Superwinch; (5) misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, Acts of God or terrorism.

Superwinch, Inc. Parts and Products purchased from resellers (and not directly from Superwinch, Inc.) should be returned only to the distributor/reseller.   These distributors/resellers’ return policies may vary and are independent and separate from the policies of Superwinch, Inc.
