The dust has settled on the 2025 Off-Road Expo at the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds, and what an epic weekend it was. The energy was off the charts. The entire Superwinch and Westin teams were out in full force, and we had a blast connecting with thousands of off-road enthusiasts, builders, and adventurers.
This show is always one of the highlights of our year, but this one felt special. The sheer number of incredible truck, Jeep, and UTV builds in one place was mind-blowing.
These guys were sending it all weekend with their insane, high-flying aerial shows. It’s one thing to see trucks built for performance – it’s another to see them fly! We were front and center for the TERRA CREW demos, and the crowd’s energy was just electric.
We might be a little biased, but our favorite part was getting an up-close look at one of their flagship truck builds. When you’re pushing a vehicle to its absolute limit like that, you need gear you can trust. That’s why we’re so proud that their incredible rig relies on a Superwinch S Series winch for all its recovery needs. We had a great time hanging with @royaljosieness (Josie), whose custom Jeep is always a showstopper. It’s awesome to see the passion she pours into her build and her adventures.
We also got to connect with the amazing family behind Dirt Road Journey (@dirtroadjourney). These folks are the real deal, living the overland dream and proving that adventure is out there for anyone willing to find it. Seeing how they – and so many of you – use our gear out on the trail is what inspires us.
A new partner jointed the team this year – Hayden (@hdnstrd) and his Yota were front and center throughout the show, and we’re looking forward to future colabs.

Our booth was lively the entire weekend, and we loved talking to everyone who stopped by, whether you were a seasoned pro planning your next rock-crawling trip or a newcomer just getting your rig set up for its first overland adventure.
