We’re headquartered in San Dimas, California. Westin Automotive, the parent company of Superwinch, is proud to have our manufacturing, engineering R&D, and warehouse facilities right next to our headquarters. We also have an expansive Superwinch distribution warehouse facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
In-stock orders ship generally within 1 business day. Smaller items typically arrive in 3-5 days; larger items that are shipped LTL take approximately 7-10 days. Superwinch product descriptions will usually mention if drilling or other modifications need to be done during installation, and an installation PDF is often downloadable from the product page. If we sent you the wrong part, we’ll make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to return it to us. You can start the process by contacting us to request a return.
Please inspect your package for damage. Keep the damaged package and damaged part and take a photos.
